some calclulation

Post by uts »

Hi,
Is there any way to calculate the area under the curve of an ADP using NEURON?

Thanks in advance,

You could record voltage into a Vector during simulation, subtract the baseline, and then calculate the integral using integral

record is described here:
http://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/stati ... tml#record

scalar subtraction from a vector (sub):
http://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/stati ... 2.html#sub

calculation of the integral:

Hope that helps.

Ouch. A momentary failure of recall. How embarrassing. Well, not as bad as walking into
a room with one's fly open.
