Tracking External and Internal Na & K concentration

Post by ahmed.hamzah »

Hi every one.
I am trying to simulate axon with external and internal concentration included Na and K ions. The external space surrounded to FH space .
The equilibrated of sodium and potassium from external to the bath governed by rate constant (0.09 ms and 0.05 ms). the governing equation of external included (unsteady term= diffusion flux + membrane flux+ ion access to/into FH space)
Any one can help in the fourth terms ) I dont know how to write it.

Please help me.
