Fixing unit inconsistensies

Is there any tutorial on how to fix unite inconsistensies while compiling MOD files? The link on how to compile MOD files (http://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/stati ... mswin.html) has a sublink (http://www.neuron.yale.edu/static/docs/units/units.html) for this which is not working. Please help.
