I have a two-compartmental model that has passive membrane properties, connected with each other through gap junction. I want to check current attenuation from injection (0.5) to measurement site (0.5) on each compartmental side using GUI. I can check the injected current in GUI, but which current do I need to measure on measurement site for it? Is there another good way to do it?

Doesn't the gap junction mechanism have a variable that represents the current that flows
through it?
