Visualizing Connection Between Cell in a Network

Post by SpecialK »

I am still getting familiar with Neuron so I am not aware of all of its functions yet. I am trying to create a network where all the cells are arranged in a 2D grid. I can verify I have done this properly through the shape plot on the GUI. I was wondering if I could also see the connections between the cells, this would help me verify the connection were done correctly and also provide a nice visual aid for presentations. Is there any way to get the connections to show up on the shape plot? I am using the netCon object to connect cells and synapses. Thanks very much!

That would be nice, wouldn't it. Unfortunately NEURON doesn't have such a feature at this time.
