LFPsim bug fix 2/2017

In LFPsim, we found a bug in code for calculating distance for individual ion channel contribution to population signal. The hoc pointer assigned to the distance variable in mod files did not updated for all compartments. Thanks to one of the user comment on this. Now the issue is rectified and the correction updated with modelDB (https://senselab.med.yale.edu/modeldb/S ... del=190140). The modelers may try testing this new version and let me know if any further difficulties found in estimating LFP using LFPsim.
