I have just recently been introduced to NEURON in my degree starting from the absolute basics. The idea is that I need to come up with a model and present it it as a poster in a couple of months. The thing is that the model cant be too complex like the ones you see on the database. It must take about 10-30 hours or so to complete but the trouble is, I don't know what this program is capable of doing so I can select something appropriate. My guess is that it should be more complicated than the models in neurons in action and slightly more than my first neurone. Any ideas what I can model?
