it should be very useful for beginners. the help system of matlab is so powerful.
could the help system built-in in neuron?

NEURON used to have a "help" function that brought up short definitions of keywords, but it required users to edit their programs with NEURON's built-in microemacs, and very few people bothered with it. Instead almost everybody was using the Programmer's Reference. I doubt that the old "help" system will be resurrected.
