Hi Eko,
I am certainly no expert, but pending a reply from such; it works fine on my iMAC, but I had some issues initially that were related to that actual model I tried to run. I had to delete all my previous object/c code and stuff (leaving just the MOD and HOC files) and start again (compiling) from there.
To start with, I only ever launch NEURON by dragging and dropping the models entire folder onto the MKNRNDLL (to compile) and then double-clicking the appropriate HOC to launch it. To get started, before I diagnosed my issues, I used the supplied demo first. Did you try that?
Regards
Richard
