The complete message is:

"Cannot WinExec c:\nrn\mingw\bin\bash.exe -i/c/nrn/lib/neuron3.sh /c/nrn
nrngui C:/Users/brysona/Desktop/init.hoc"

The installation directory is in the root of the C: drive.
