From 9 AM to 6 PM on Thursday, July 20, 2017, a workshop on Reaction diffusion modeling for neurobiology will be held in connection with the CNS 2017 meeting in Antwerp, Belgium. Among the many speakers will be Bill Lytton and Robert McDougal, who will probably have something to say about NEURON's RxD (reaction diffusion) module. This workshop will be a great opportunity to learn the latest about the approaches used by advanced simulation tools such as MCell, MOOSE, NEURON, NeuroRD and others to deal with models that involve reaction diffusion, and the kinds of scientific questions that are being studied with these tools.
